Amazing life changing app!!! Love it!

Amazing never knew something so small can make such a big difference in my life. With a 3 degenerative disks in my back, 2 pinch nerves in the neck and shoulder, closed head injury. Never would of dreamed of being able to workout w/o hurting myself and to get back in such amazing shape. This app is a blessing to me. I love it!
