Great exercise routines for all levels
I am just starting to exercise again after recovering from a hysterectomy that had severe complications. Started with beginner routines - just challenging enough without overdoing it, and the right length for those 9 hour work days (am currently working and in an intensive grad school program). I know that with these enjoyable workouts, I will be back in shape in no time!
