Extremely well done app. I tried many of the routines with my personal trainer and I can say it worth it. All circuits are challenging and effective. I strongly recommend to download all the contents of the app before doing the exercises, otherwise the instant download will be very slow and you wont experience a good workout.

Love this app

The great thing about this app is you get strength training with cardio and I love the workouts broken down by time instead of reps. Lots of variety too. I do however wish that the custom workouts could be edited after you make them. It would be really helpful if you could mark the workouts as favorites. Also I would like the ability to run other audio programs in the background. And last it would be great if there was a 30 sec chime option for all the workouts. Thanks for this app :)

Great exercises! One small error.

Ive been looking for a good app for exercises ever since I had to cancel my gym membership. I like to run, but I wanted a balanced workout experience! This app is great because you can download the exercise routines that suit you (or create your own) so they are available whenever, wherever. You can also set reminders to keep you on track! My only complaint would be the inaccuracy of the "Imperial System" measurements. I had to convert my height to centimeters, because you can only insert "feet" and not "inches"!!! Theres a HUGE difference between 5 and 56". I know this is a small error, but since this is a paid app, it should be accurate for those of us who do not use the Metric system. Please fix this. Overall, I think its worth the money so far. Gave it four stars instead of five because I wasnt able to use the system of measuring that Im familiar with.

Good but needs some work

This is my first day using this app and I generally like it! It has a pretty interface and is pretty user friendly. Some things I hope to see in the future are: a countdown for each exercise, or at least something to indicate youre done with the whole set (sometimes Im not looking at the screen so I dont know when I can stop!). The second thing is that I would really like to be able to listen to music from another app (pandora or 8tracks) and Im not able to do so. The las thing I would like to see is a way to track your progress, a chart of some sort that you can monitor your weight etc. other than that, its great! The exercises are pretty easy to follow and Im looking forward to my next workout!

This is a great app. The workouts kick my butt!

Not worth the spend

Exercises are disappointing - not enough cardio and some very oddball exercises at a slow pace. Does not allow you to select type or change the length of each exercise. Thought for $4 I would get something more customizable and conducive to getting a real cardio/ strengthworkout.

Awesome!! But...

This app is great! I love the pre-set workouts especially, and the customizability of it. But I do have a few minor gripes about it that would make it soo totally better: 1- please fix the iPod music feature! I hate how you have to press play for every song, and how you have to create a playlist every time you do a new workout. Just let it be able to play the iPod through the app, and just have the voice interrupt! 2- the buttons are too small and sensitive. Every time I try to press skip to the next song or to play or pause, the area at which I can press is so small and so close to other buttons that I end up doing all sorts of other commands before I do the right one 3- also, why cant I take pictures just to save for my own visual progress report, I dont want to share the photo with everyone-- especially since the photoshare board is basically just a bunch of Jersey soft-core porn. But I would love to take photos after each work out and review to see how Im improving! 4- I wish there was a way to separately look at downloaded or completed workouts. Or have a favorites section or something. 5- I wish I could select intermediate or advanced workouts but then chose a short version of it-- most of those workouts take 35-60minutes and I often only have time for the 20-30 minute ones (I work out mostly on my lunch break or before work in the morning). If I could just opt for the version thats with 30 second intervals or something along those lines for the more challenging workouts that would also be awesome! Please fix and Ill give the app five stars for sure! Thank you so much!!

Workout names are meaningless

This app has great workouts and motivational tools, but the ready-made workouts have silly names like Lucy and Flower that do not help the user easily identify the focus of the workouts. It would be easier if the workouts were grouped by fitness focus or if they had names that actually indicated what they are for.

I love this bc when Im hurting I can do light and when Im in the mood to push it, it pushes me.

I love this app. Only one problem...

I wish I could play my pandora when I do my workouts. Thats really the only complaint I have. I hate sitting there in silence. But other then that I think this app is amazing
